We are an affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management in Montgomery County, Maryland.

Our Mission - Montgomery County (MD) Society for Human Resource Management (MCSHRM) exists to serve our chapter members and SHRM members, while advancing the HR profession through education, advocacy, leadership, and community outreach.

Our Vision - Montgomery County (MD) Society for Human Resource Management (MCSHRM) strives to be recognized as an award winning local chapter by both the MDSHRM State Council and SHRM National, while advancing the HR profession. MCSHRM seeks to accomplish our vision by: listening to our members, delivering professional development to maximize the business impact of our membership, utilizing strategy community partnerships for the advancement of Montgomery County, promotion the HR profession on a collegiate level, and advocating the HR profession to elected political representatives.
