    Reengaging your Workforce: Unfreezing and Empowering your People

    Employee Engagement has measured surprisingly low in the United States for many years. The Gallup organization reports an average of only 30% percent of workers as engaged. This means 70% of our workforce is likely just going through the motions, or worse, actively seeking other employment and disrupting the organization. Nick Ryberg will discuss why we see high engagement companies consistently outperform their competitors across key business metrics including profitability, shareholder return, employee turnover, safety incidents, product quality, and customer performance.  Focusing on talent retention during this unprecedented time, learn how the four pillars of engagement: job fit, manager impact, culture, and team dynamics, must be developed together to create a strong employee engagement strategy.

    Nick Ryberg, President and Founder of Hunter-Ross, LLC, has expertise in employee engagement consulting, assessment solutions, workforce analytics, and executive level search projects.  He has over 30 years of combined experience in private sector human resources leadership in fortune 500 companies, including Nabisco, Mobil Chemical, FMC Corporation and Unilever, along with leading the development and growth of HR consulting and executive search businesses nationwide.  He is a Predictive Index Certified Partner and has certifications in multiple assessment and diagnostic tools with The Predictive Index, TTI Success Insights, and Qualtrics.  He has been recognized as a leader in the search industry.  Nick has a bachelor’s degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from The Pennsylvania State University and attended the Executive MBA Program at Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota
