The war for talent is on. With unbelievably low unemployment rates, how do you attract, retain and engage a dynamic workforce? We often hear the answer lies within culture, employee experience and engagement. These are buzz words we hear all the time, but what do these terms really mean and how do you find the right opportunities in order to make your culture a key differentiator for your organization? During this interactive webcast, you will hear about the following:

    • Learn how a cross department partnership between Organizational Development, Human Resources and Corporate Communications helps drive active high engagement leading to an exceptional employee experience and award-winning culture.
    • Talk through the stages of engagement maturity.
    • Using data, learn how to develop the right programs to drive engagement. (data: talents, s14, pulse and town halls)
    • Gather tips and tricks on how to present data to show how culture affects your organization (and its bottom line!).

You’ll leave this webcast with actionable ideas, new ways to explain the value of culture within your organization and be inspired to create an experience that brings the best out of your employees. When it comes to the science of engagement it doesn’t matter how big or small your department is, engaging your workforce will remain the number one weapon in your arsenal when it comes to the war on talent.
