The Top Five Secrets to Managing an HR Department of One

Being an HR department of one isn’t for the faint of heart! Some days you’re a firefighter, some days you’re a coach and in between you’re the sole person responsible for recruiting, training, benefits and more. During this interactive session, we’ll share ideas about how to keep your sanity, while still maintaining a focus on being a strategic partner for your organization.

In this session, we will discuss:

    1.       How to align HR’s goals with the organization’s mission, vision and values

    2.       Keys to building credibility

    3.       The importance of relying on your managers…

    …and much more!

Your speaker was an HR department of one for more than 10 years, so she understands the challenges you face on a daily basis.
