    Lynne Pettey, Principal/Director of Legislative Compliance, Keller Benefit Services

    Lynne joined Keller in 1987. She is responsible for ensuring that Keller clients are in compliance with employee benefit legislation, including the ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, Medicare, cafeteria plans, and related tax codes. Lynne frequently speaks at seminars for client and professional groups regarding health care legislation. She graduated from James Madison University and holds the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation.


    Trudie Doudna, Principal/Consultant

    Trudie joined Keller Benefit Services in 1998. She specializes in the implementation and administration of competitive health, welfare and fringe benefit plans for mid-sized and large client accounts, with particular expertise in funding alternatives and renewal underwriting. Her primary responsibilities include strategy, plan design, general compliance, contract/renewal negotiations, claims analysis, financial issues, and oversight of day-to-day management. Trudie serves on local and national broker advisory councils, including UnitedHealthcare and CareFirst BCBS. With 20 years of industry experience, Trudie frequently speaks at seminars for professional groups regarding health care trends and legislation. Prior to joining Keller, Trudie was the Manager of the Broker Department at Aetna/U.S. Healthcare.
