Join your fellow HR colleagues for our annual Holiday Chapter Dinner Meeting where Members recieve 1/2 off registration!  Happy Hour/Networking will begin at 5:30.  See you there!

According to a study by i4cp, merely 55% of respondents said performance development processes had a positive impact on their organizations. We’ve all talked about how much we hate the annual assessment process, and many well-known companies are starting to abandon the process. But is jettisoning the annual assessment the right thing to do? Would it be right at your company?  How are some companies embracing and managing their newly adopted process?

In this engaging and interactive presentation, you will learn about the trend of moving from annual assessments to more regular performance conversations, why companies are shifting and whether or not the shift could work at your organization.  If you’re considering making a change to a modernized process, we will discuss ways to assist in increasing stakeholder buy in and successfully implement a new performance management process.
