Do you struggle to engage your employees in initiatives that promote health and wellness at your company? Are you finding it difficult to “get” employees to take part in what you offer and to motivate them to change? It can be frustrating and exhausting to feel like your hard work isn’t yielding much return or response from the people who may need it the most. If you can relate to any of those statements, then this session will be perfect for you.

We’ll explore case studies of companies who have effectively engaged their employees and discover their secrets to success. We’ll uncover key questions to ask your employees and leadership team to find out what you can do to tap into what drives and motivates them. You’ll walk away feeling inspired and equipped to take your wellness program to the next level.

SIG’s Director of Wellbeing, Rachel Druckenmiller, will be guiding our discussion. Rachel has been recognized as the #1 Health Promotion Professional in the U.S. by the Wellness Council of America and recently spoke at their national training summit in Orlando. Having led SIG’s wellness initiatives for the past decade, she has learned through experience and through her network of other professionals and experts what it takes to develop an engaging, award-winning initiative that engages employees. She’ll share stories from other experts in the field, so you can learn from their successes.

    We’ll Learn:

    • The Truth About Motivation & Why People Change
    • Shifting to Wellbeing
    • How to Engage Your Employees in Being Well
    • Lessons from Companies with Engaging Programs
