Right now, a good majority of Fiduciaries are leaving their greatest liability unprotected. The DOL, IRS & ERISA Litigators have put Retirement Plans on the top of theirs and plan administrators need to be informed of the immediate dangers and more importantly how to protect themselves and the plan participants. This program will achieve both objectives and provide a road map to running a fully compliant plan.

    Participants will be able to:

    • Get a better understanding of their Fiduciary responsibilities
    • Identify the key people focusing on ERISA Plan compliance
    • Learn how to protect the plan while also ensuring participants' interests are being served
