     We're excited to welcome guest speaker Sonia Aranza’s  who the U.S. Department of Labor describes her work as “Outstanding.” SHRM consistently rates her as one of the top speakers at national and global conferences based on audience evaluations.

    About the Program:

     For the first time in history, 4 generations (soon to be 5) are working side by side. This condition presents both challenges and opportunities! HR professionals who want to succeed in a multigenerational environment must acquire knowledge and skills to succeed in this environment. This dynamic session is packed with rich data and presented in a fun & interactive manner to help HR professionals!

    About the Speaker:

    Ms. Aranza earned two Masters Degrees including an M.A. in Cross-Cultural Communications from the University of Hawaii and an M.A. in Public Communications from the American University in Washington, DC. Her undergraduate degree in Inter-Cultural Communications is from the University of Hawaii where she was an International Exchange Student to Russia. She also graduated from Georgetown University’s Certificate Program in Business. Ms. Aranza continues to earn certifications from cutting-edge programs across the globe.

    Ms. Aranza’s unique background, global perspective and innovative approaches make her distinct. She was born in the Philippines, raised in Hawaii, studied in Russia, resides in the Metro Washington, DC area and travels worldwide to serve global companies. Respected by her colleagues, Ms. Aranza is a past Chairperson of the Diversity Professional Experts Group of the National Speakers Association. She has received numerous awards for her work and has been featured in several publications. She is a past recipient of the “Outstanding Woman of the Year Award” from the National Association of Professional Asian American Women and was honored “100 Most Influential Filipina Women in the United States” after a nationwide search.
