We're excited to welcome guest speaker Sukanya Bora has over 17 years of experience in the field of Human Resources with a focus on training and development initiatives. Sukanya is an expert on providing strategic initiatives that focus on employee development, growth and retention.

    About the Program:

“Okay, who dropped the ball this time?”

"What is going on with the budget report? When is Lisa going to get it to me?”

    “That’s not MY job.”

Does this sound familiar? If so, your team may be challenged with accountability. How can you hold a team accountable when something goes wrong? Won't we end up just pointing fingers at everyone else when a mistake or a problem occurs?  Creating an environment where accountability is clear and fully understood is a subtle and complex task. Personal responsibility and shared accountability can put an end to the blame game, saving your organization thousands if not millions of dollars by increasing productivity, credibility and overall job satisfaction. This program covers four basic approaches that leaders and employees can use to increase accountability-simple strategies that ultimately create a culture of sustained accountability.
