    The Plan Sponsor University (TPSU)
Perceiving a lack of formal training for executives in charge of their company’s 401(k) or 403(b) plan, TPSU conducts over 50 half-day programs annually held at local colleges and universities designed to help improve companies' employee outcomes, limit fiduciary liability and simplify plan administration.

    How it Works
After completing your half-day program conducted by carefully selected and highly trained industry professionals, prospective C(k)PF (Certified 401(k) Plan Fiduciary) designees take online courses and a test to achieve this nationally recognized designation while earning credits for other HR certifications. TPSU is an affiliate of TRAU (The Retirement Advisor University), in collaboration with UCLA Anderson Executive Education, has received national recognition and acclaim for its comprehensive and lively programs where Plan Sponsors learn from their peers and hone their skills. Your local Adjunct Lecturer Darryl Brockman, a leading practitioner in the industry, will conduct TPSU’s program at The Universities at Shady Grove on October 1st 2014.

C(k)PF (Certified 401(k) Plan Fiducary Nationally Recognized Designation
The TPSU Campus Course is your first step towards earning the C(k)PF Designation (The Certified 401(k) Plan Fiduciary) Designation. Individuals holding the C(k)PF Designation have acquired an expertise in retirement plan design, operation and fiduciary obligations while gaining a broad understanding of multiple techniques which can significantly improve plan outcomes.

    Topics Include:

    • Oversight of fiduciary liability
    • Improvement of plan outcomes
