    We're excited to welcome guest speaker Alex Assaley III, Principal and Lead Advisor for Retirement Plans with AFS 401(k) Retirement Services, LLC.  Alex will talk with us about Creating Retirement Plan Results: How behavioral finance can help your employees make better financial decisions.

    About the Program

    This presentation will focus on strategies to enhance your organization’s 401(k) or 403(b) retirement plan by incorporating a strategic plan process and plan review assessments based on employees' common behavioral biases. The presentation will help plan sponsors understand behavioral finance concepts in effort to design a better retirement plan and program for your organization and its employees.

    • Key challenges faced by most employers with respect to their retirement plan

    About the Speaker

    Alex Assaley, III AIF® is a Principal and the Lead Advisor for Retirement Plans with AFS 401(k) Retirement Services, LLC. He specializes in the design, implementation, and fiduciary oversight of retirement plans for public and private corporations, non-profit organizations, and trade associations.

    Alex has expertise in helping retirement plan fiduciaries and committees meet their responsibilities as directed by ERISA and the Department of Labor. He delivers investment due diligence analysis, fiduciary and strategic retirement plan reviews, and updates on financial and ERISA regulations. He also provides retirement plan communications including educational workshops, investment guidance, and one-on-one counsel to retirement plan participants.
