Forum:  the Secret Advantage of Successful Leaders

    The Program

Healthy and functional teams don't happen by accident.

Ask leaders, entrepreneurs, presidents and CEO across all industries, "What's the secret of your success?"

Their answer may surprise you: by far, the most powerful motivator is the real, practical knowledge leaders gain from life experiences shared by their peers in a forum group.  In forums, members explain how they tackle HR challenges, navigate change and spur action in their personal and professional lives, so that each individual takes away a trove of information to incorporate into their own decision-making.

In this session, we will discuss the critical skills that individuals can learn in forums that have proven to be valuable in leading effective teams and companies, including how to:

    • Learn to see destructive patterns of behavior and tools for addressing them
    • Differentiate effective and ineffective communication of language when dealing with difficult situations
    • Learn how to encourage open communication of issues before they become big problems.

You will also be provided resources for building a forum.
