    St. Luke's House

Often as HR professionals we are busy coordinating opportunities for our organizations to give back in the community.  However, HR professionals have unique skill sets that are in demand to help others achieve their goals.  St. Luke’s House in North Bethesda, offers HR professional the opportunity to give back using our unique talents in their Back to Work Program.

St. Luke’s House offers job coaching skills for people with mental illness.  They offer a variety of services such as Mock Interviews, Business Mentors, and Work Trials.  Personally, I have had the privilege to participate in the Mock Interviews and found the experience highly rewarding on both a personal and professional level.

For more information on how you or your organization can help support the efforts of St. Luke’s House, please contact Nick Mozer at 301-493-4200, ext. 277.  Nick will be joining MCSHRM members at our April 17, 2013 chapter meeting.
